"I'll tell you about a slightly different Yossi.
Yossi who loved community outreach, got excited with me about every idea and drove to kindergartens and the Childrens' Village in Karmiel on weekends.
What I remember most is the innovation mission during Covid. Yossi shared my vision of building an aid device for the oxygen equipment of the wonderful Neta, who is coping with NF1. The team was into it, until the robot mission was revealed. I quote: "Well, the kids want action. This generation doesn't have the patience for the process."

"With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we bid farewell to Yossi, a dear friend and dedicated mentor to the MisCar Robotics team students. Yossi was an exceptional individual—creative, hardworking, and opinionated, leaving an unforgettable mark on everyone fortunate enough to work alongside him. For many years, he guided the robotics teams at Misgav, inspiring and motivating them to keep dreaming big.
Yossi was much more than a mentor—he was a father figure, a loyal friend, and a guide who strengthened the personal and professional bonds of the students and his fellow mentors. Thanks to him, the robotics students not only gained knowledge and skills but also learned the meaning of perseverance, creativity, and love for the field.
Yossi's legacy will remain in our hearts forever, and he will be greatly missed. May his memory be a blessing."
